SHIPPING INFORMATION:

FOR THE SAFETY of our business and yours, no items will be shipped until payment has cleared in our account. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Pay Pal

WE ROUTINELY SHIP Domestic (continental US only) USPS and UPS ground transportation. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, Alaska/Hawaii, APO addresses or US territories.

UPS CANNOT DELIVER TO A P.O. BOX when shipping standard to contiguous 48 states. Please make sure a street address is included with your correspondence. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being "returned to shipper" will be charged for actual shipping fees.

Undeliverable packages that require reshipment at the customer's request will be subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer.

Should we be unable to reach the customer for resolution, a 50% restock charge will apply and store refund will be issued for the balance. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Orders that receive free shipping as part of a promotion and are later returned or exchanged are subject to $5 re-shipping fee.

IN STOCK ITEMS will usually ship within 5 business days. If we discover that an item is not available, we will contact you immediately. Please be sure your contact information is correct. You may receive your order in multiple shipments.

PLEASE ALLOW 7-14 business days, unless stated differently in item description, for standard delivery of most items within the continental US. Please allow extra time over Holidays. NOTE: High volume months are May, October, November and December. Please refer to the order by dates on the product page for more information on how to ensure your order reaches you in a timely fashion.

NOTE: UPS, US Postal Service (USPS) and FED EX, and the shipping departments of our suppliers are not under our employ, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery, but we will send you a confirmation (if applicable) so that you may track your package(s). Because the arrival time of your order is often dictated by conditions that are out of our control, we would rather err on the side of caution than promise our customers what others may not be able to do.

2 DAY SERVICE:  For 2-day service, shipping charges will vary based on the items you have ordered and your shipping location.  The MINIMUM cost for any shipment weighing 1 pound or less will be an additional $15.00.  Please see the Shipping Rate Card below to calculate the minimum shipping charge.  Remember, we cannot accurately calculate shipping charges for 2-day service without knowing what you have ordered and where the item will be shipped.  IF YOU CHOOSE 2-DAY SERVICE, you must provide a daytime phone number AND a valid email address so we can contact you with the actual shipping charges that will be applied to your credit card or PayPal account.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the steps listed below to obtain a refund of your original purchase price:

  1. Contact us at info@goodpawsgoodcause.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You will receive this code within 48 hours. Your feedback is important to us, so please note the reason for the return on your packing slip.
  2. Print out the email containing your Return Authorization Number and enclose along with your original packing slip and the return merchandise.
  3. All returns/exchanges must be in original packaging with tags attached, unused and in sellable condition (remove all fur, no smoke or other smells).
  4. Personalized items and gift certificates cannot be returned.
  5. Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on your return box or bag when shipping it back to GoodPawsGoodCause to ensure proper and prompt processing.
  6. If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
  7. If you receive the wrong size or item please email us. We realize that mistakes can be made with sizing. Please call or email us if you feel you need assistance with sizing. Check our size charts carefully, as different manufacturers size the clothing quite differently! If we have made a mistake we will reship the correct item and arrange for the return at no cost to you.
  8. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and need to be returned within 30 days of original invoice.
  9. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  10. Please allow one billing period for any refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
  11. For your protection, we suggest that you send your return via USPS 1st class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. We are not responsible for any returned packages damaged or lost in transit.

Please Note: We can not honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise sent back to us AFTER 30 days of receipt, or for items that have been USED or is not in its original, undamaged packaging.
